What’s Here and What’s Ahead – Trends in College Recruiting
How are cultural and technological changes influencing college
career services and recruiting practices? We all have anecdotes of
how “things have changed,” and how we as career services and
recruiting professionals have responded. But, what exactly are the
trends that our stories illustrate? In this interactive keynote
session, you’ll learn from national survey results and your own
colleagues how to better identify and understand these trends…and
use this knowledge to prepare for the future!

the hiring pipeline, and build positive campus image. It’s all
about communication and structure. Whether you have two interns or
two hundred, in this workshop you’ll learn great techniques for
making your internship program a productive and indispensable part

Creating and Cultivating the Spirit of Celebration at Work
What is humor, laughter, fun and joy? Where do we lose these and
why? What do we need to do to get it back? What do we do to take
it to another level? It really begins with your attitude. The mere
fact of realizing that opportunities exist everywhere could be the
turning point in your life. Wherever you are, your thoughts are with
you creating the world around you. Learn to control and direct your
thoughts at work and you can improve your health and happiness and
love for what you are doing. Focus on the awesome power of your mind
to achieve the best for yourself. You must learn to appreciate who
you are and in turn you will appreciate others.
